第四届数字信号与计算机通信国际学术会议（DSCC 2024）顺利召开
2023 4th International Conference on Digital Signal and Computer Communications （DSCC 2024）Successfully Held
4月12日，由长春理工大学主办，长春理工大学电子信息工程学院承办、长春理工大学计算机科学技术学院、长春理工大学人工智能学院联合承办的第四届数字信号与计算机通信国际学术会议（DSCC 2024）顺利召开。本次会议以线上形式汇聚全球学术精英，共邀请到6位国内外的专家做主讲报告，共同探讨数字信号处理与计算机通信领域的前沿技术与热点问题。
2023 4th International Conference on Digital Signal and Computer Communications （DSCC 2024）was held from April 12 to 14, 2024, in Changchun, China (online), in a combination of online and offline conference.
本次会议主要围绕数字信号、计算机通信等研究主题进行探讨，特邀国内外科研领域的学科带头人和行业领军人物出席，凝聚了来自英国肯特大学、英国利物浦约翰摩尔斯大学、西安交通大学、西交利物浦大学、伊拉克库尔德斯坦大学休尔分校、山东大学、长春理工大学等多所国内外高校、研究机构、知名企业等产学研界精英，吸引了来自线上线下许多专家学者进行了热烈研讨。
This conference mainly focuses on digital signal, computer communication and other research topics to discuss, inviting domestic and foreign scientific research field leaders and industry leaders to attend. Gathered from the University of Kent, Liverpool John Moores University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Iraqi Kurdistan University Huel, Shandong University, Changchun University of Science and Technology and many other domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, well-known enterprises and other elites, attracted many experts and scholars from online and offline to conduct a warm discussion.
大会采用主讲报告、口头报告、线上提问、自由互动等多种形式进行交流研讨，为从事相关领域的专家与科研人员，提供一个跨国界、跨时空的共享科研成果和前沿技术、促进学术成果产业化合作的学术交流平台。
The conference adopts various forms of lecture, oral report, online questions, free interaction and other forms of exchange and discussion, providing an academic exchange platform for experts and researchers engaged in related fields to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies across borders, across time and space, and promote industrial cooperation of academic achievements.
主讲报告环节中，IEEE会士、英国肯特大学Jiangzhou Wang教授，SPIE会士、西安交通大学岳洋教授，伊拉克库尔德斯坦大学休尔分校Tarik Ahmed Rashid教授, 英国利物浦约翰摩尔斯大Gyu Myoung Lee教授，西交利物浦大学大学Steven Guan教授，山东大学陈雷副教授等来自来自国内外的专家们就数字信号和计算机通信等国际前沿热点进行了精彩的学术报告，并提出了未来研究的发展方向。
In the lecture session, Professor Jiangzhou Wang, IEEE Fellow, from University of Kent, UK; Professor Yue Yang, SPIE Fellow, from Xi'an Jiaotong University; Professor Tarik Ahmed Rashid, from University of Kurdistan Hewler, Iraq; Professor Gyu Myoung Lee, IEEE Senior Member, from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), UK; Professor Steven Guan from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University; Associate Professor LeiChen, from Shandong University and other experts from home and abroad made wonderful academic reports on digital signal and computer communication and other international frontier hot spots, and put forward the development direction of future research.

The excellent presentations of the guests triggered heated discussions and in-depth thinking. The participants actively interacted with each other and exchanged in-depth information through questions and answers, discussions and other forms, which promoted the blending of knowledge and the collision of innovative ideas. At the same time, in the oral report, scholars from Changchun University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Liaoning Project Technology University, North China University of Technology, Shanxi Agricultural University and other institutions shared their recent research online.
